Today I'm going to the gym. First, I jog 25-30 minutes on the treadmill then 10-15 min with cross trainer. And then I will Strength Training 30-40 min.
Then I workout 30 minutes at home. with the Fitness Ball ( I just hope that I will not fall down ) :-)
